The why behind the work
Hi, Iβm Haley.
Fun w/ Feelings started with a simple belief: kids do better when they have the words and tools to understand what theyβre feeling. Kids often tell us through play what they canβt tell us with words, so I wanted families and clinicians to have warm, practical resources that make emotional skills feel approachable instead of overwhelming.
Every child is different, and you know your child best. So nothing here is a rulebook. Itβs a collection of playful ideas and therapist-informed tools you can try, keep what works, and leave the rest. And a quiet reminder woven through all of it: play isnβt just for kids. Grown-ups need it too.
